In the fast-moving consumer goods industry, quantity of sale is based on the level of distribution which is potential increasing point and core assignment of sale-team. Today, the consumable Multinationals Corporation (MNC) on the list of 500 strongest enterprises in the world have swarmed into China, which leads to homogenous competition inevitably , and implementation of strategy plays more and more important roles. Distribution-strategy is an important part of marketing strategy and the implementing ability of distribution will affect the success of marketing-strategy. The traditional research on distribution focuses on the relation of the exterior status of corporation and channel members. However, from the interior of corporation, the paper analyzes the status of the corporation, puts forward the suggestions and provides importance of building the ability of distribution-implementation.This dissertation briefly introduces the theories of distribution and implementation, which is the theoretical foundation of analysis on and discussion about current situation of Unilever HPC departments . In the part of analysis on the actual circs of Unilever, this paper presents the fields of business, management situation in China, the organization structure and sale status of HPC in western china firstly. After that, this dissertation analyzes problems of distribution-implementation from the four aspects-distribution circs, distribution strategy, human-resource policy and operation process. Finally, this dissertation puts forward the suggestions and countermeasures of strengthening the ability of the distribution-implementation, guided by the theory of three core processes of implementation and the methods of improving the distribution-implementation ability.This dissertation can improve distribution-implementation ability of Unilever and be references for other large fast consumable enterprises in improving the ability of distribution-implementation.
