A Factual Study Of Changes In China's Terms Of Trade

Terms of trade are an important indicator of the change of a country's benefit from foreign trade. Trough studying a country's terms of trade, we can find the development of the country in international trade.In this thesis, I do a deep research into the change of China's terms of trade by quoting and analyzing a large variety of statistical data and other materials in order to reflect our country's benefits and losses from foreign trade. This thesis is divided into four parts.Part one focus on discussing the basic hypothesis and theories concerns about this paper. After a brief comment on main theories about terms of trade, this paper goes on to discuss the practical meanings of worsening of terms of trade, and points out that unfair exchange is still the barrier to the growth of developing countries' international trade.
