| According to the state council ([2009] No.3) files, Chongqing became the first"urban and real synthesis coordinated reforms pilot area". The main purpose of this policy is to deal the issues of agriculture, farmer and rural area, the issues of urban-rural gap. It is vital to find suitable urban-rural coordination model to solve the issues of agriculture, farmer and rural area and the issues of urban-rural gap which are urgently to be solved in China. So this paper's study of urban-rural coordination model is significant.Basing on previous research, a study on"city and countryside synthesis coordinated reforms pilot area"from a new perspective has been done in this paper. At the beginning a review of relevant reference has been done to have a general idea of this research area. Then, we take Chongqing, the first pilot area as an example to learn the present situation of the development of city and countryside synthesis coordinated reforms pilot area and the problem faced by the reforms. After the theoretical study, an evaluation index system of city and countryside synthesis coordinated reforms pilot area has been set up. Then, using factor analysis method and analytic hierarchy process, the weights of quantitative indexes and the latter indexes have been confirmed respectively. Using the data of Chongqing and Sichuan province, an empirical test has been done to text the validity of valuation index system. The last part is the conclusions drawn from the empirical results and policy suggestions.The theoretical and empirical results show that Chongqing attaches great importance in technology innovation investment. It still needs to develop its base installation and give much policy support to the test area. Although Chongqing has achieved great goal in using science to prompt the development of coordination of urban and rural area, but the development is not balanced between regions. And the environment of technology innovation in Chongqing is fragile. There are still many problems in structural reforms. The suggestions of this paper include: create a suitable environment for science and technology innovation; speed up construction of experimental technology innovation platforms; accelerate the construction of industrial transformation base in experimenting area; accelerate the construction of the experimental technology service platform. |
