Research On Knowledge Management Of Petroleum Exploitation Enterprises

Along with the arrival of the knowledge-oriented economy ages, knowledge has alreadybeenacceptedbythepublicas akindofnewresource.As themajormanagement methodandconception in correspond to knowledge-oriented economy, knowledge management drawswide attention from academic field and enterprises. This article is to basically research andstudy our petroleum exploitation enterprises'knowledge management by modern sciencetheoryandmethod.This article analysises the main problems existed in the oil enterprises from thepetroleum exploitation enterprises'knowledge management practice at present, andcombining the characteristics of exploitation enterprises. This thesis descripes the definitionof knowledge management and its elements, management model of enterprise managementthe meaning of detail, and it also analysises oil exploitation enterprise at present on the statusquoofknowledgemanagementandtriestofindthecurrentexistingproblemsinmanagement,and other factors. Oil exploitation enterprises have completed the information construction,and built the platform to implement knowledge management, but also has certain problem.Based on the research on the domestic existing knowledge management framework, and thecharacteristics of petroleum exploitation enterprise, this article analyzes the knowledge flowof oil exploitation enterprise. And it constructs of cellular knowledge management framestructure petroleum exploitation enterprise. And it expands the knowledge managementframework from the technical level, establishes the knowledge base for oil exploitationenterprises. this paper also expounds the cellular knowledge management frameworkoperation mechanism. This paper researches the implementation of oil exploitation enterpriseknowledge management, And analyzes the knowledge management of principle ofimplementation to follow, and the plan of the implementation of knowledge management,also the implementation process management and implementation strategy choice. It alsoproposes to perform evaluation on petroleum exploitation enterprise knowledge management.Through demonstration analysis, this thesis drawn the conclusion that knowledgemanagement is a necessary process that the oil exploitation enterprises have to experience inthe future.
