The Study On Risk Management Of The Network Bidding

Nowadays, the competition between the companies is more and more intense. If the company wants to be in the good development, they should seek any chance to develop themselves and also cut the cost of the produce. Compared to the traditional bidding way, the network bidding can satisfy the company better. Because the network bidding is faster, low-cost, widen-cover, more and more companies look forward for it.But compared to the foreign countries, our network bidding is not so popular. Although we have the ability to let it come true, there are many other factors affecting. Some of them are uncertain, and also bad for the network bidding, even cause big lost on the companies. So many companies would rather use the traditional bidding than the network bidding.This paper based on the progress of the network bidding, and combining with the theories of the network bidding and the risk management, according to the steps of the risk management, builds a mold of the risk management for risk of the network bidding .first we find the existed and may-existed risks of all phases of the networking, analyse the causes of the risks. Then according of the results of the risk identifying, building a subject and widen-cover risk evaluating index system . secondly we use the fuzzy-AHP to account the degree of all the risk by numbers. Then according to the result , we give some suggestions about how to clear or reduce the lost of the risk. And then we use a company's network bidding as an example to check out the risk management progress. But in the example we are on the point of the bidder, we use the risk management mold to evaluate the risk that the bidder may have in the bidding , and then we give some risk cutting suggestion to them.
