Nowadays Dongfeng Cummins Engine Co., Ltd. is in facing the cruel competition with both multinational and inland companies on the home market. Meanwhile , safety requirement from the society enhances continually, we face how to establish a persistent developing road ,meet or outdid the market expectation .The only way to guide the Production Department onto this road is upgrading the department competitiveness on the branch culture's base. Aiming at this characteristic of PRO, the thesis uses modern management theory & corporation culture theory to bring forward the frame system of branch culture's building. And combining our company's actuality and the developing history, we designed the emphasis content of branch culture in hope of some contribution to the corporation culture's building of DCEC.First, the paper summarizes the background, researching purpose & significance, and the article's structure. Second, the meanings and the researching actuality of corporation culture theory's are specified to establish a foundation for the after contents. Then, according to DCEC's desire to PRO and the characteristic of PRO, the branch culture's frame is founded and the structure is also explained. Mainly there are five practices including Preventive Maintenance & Corrective Maintenance, red and yellow card for existing problem, analysis card for big issue, self-check, double direction stimulation. At last, the way to ensure the branch culture's implement is described. The article is useful to the auto industry even to other concentric producing companies, and the guiding meaning for advancing our company's competitiveness & development is profound by corporation culture's constructing.
