Compensation system is an important human resources management system. How to design and set up a scientific and realistic salary packages system to adapt to and at the same time promote the development of enterprises in the knowledge economics and economic globalization era is a new and significant project to domestic enterprises, esp. the state-woned Enterprises.In this thesis, LS companies as a case study. LS is a tourism-based, multi-industry group of companies simultaneously. Enterprises are faced with organizational restructuring, competition and the challenges of their own development. LS in the analysis of this paper and the original salary system of the company profiles based on the company's pay system analysis and survey research, the original compensation system for the existing problems identified and target, combined with corporate status of some improvements and adjustments the compensation system. Main research contents: the introduction of modern design theories pay based on the company's compensation system on the LS analysis and evaluation of the current situation, and the use of quantitative analysis and qualitative analysis of the LS method of combining the company's compensation system was re-design, and finally put forward the implementation of safeguards. Based on the LS re-design of company's pay system, on the one hand to help companies improve the compensation management system to improve the level of human resource management; the other hand, will learn the theoretical knowledge and business practice combined exercise their own in practice. The paper is expected to can give some reference to the compensation system design for the similar enterprise.
