Compensation system is an important component of human resource management systems. Under current condition of fierce competition among talents, modern enterprises need ensure the guarantee function of its compensation system and pay more attention to the incentive mechanism of the system, aiming at attracting talents, inspiring employees and finally becoming an important resort of increasing the competitive advantage of the enterprise. During the process of compensation system design, enterprises need not only keep internally consistent and externally competitive of compensation system, but also keep fair to the individuals so as to stimulate employees positively. After sufficiently understanding the significances of modern compensation system, enterprises need combine multiple factors such as company strategy, organization structure, market environment and so on.Changsha Fuxiang Food Chain Co., Ltd. was reformed from the state-owned company. The previous compensation system now can not meet the development of the company due to many problems and defects as its business grows and market competition rises fiercely. The unhealthiness and incompleteness of the compensation system constrains the development of the company by resulting negatively in employees'enthusiasm, creativity and potential.Therefore, this thesis conducts a relative in-depth systemic study on the current situation of Fuxiang Company and locates the major problems of its compensation system. At the same time, this thesis establishes a new compensation system for Fuxiang Company by using related compensation theories and principles aiming at leveraging the limited resources of company to maximize stimulation and increasing the core competitiveness of the company.The thesis introduced and summarized compensation theories, conducted an analysis on the current human resource situation and problems existing in compensation system of Fuxiang Company. On the basis of practical operation, this thesis does a basic work for compensation system of Fuxiang Company, designed a new compensation system for the company. In the end, this thesis discusses the anticipated implementation outcome of the new compensation system. And to ensure that the new compensation system of Fuxiang Company will be implemented smoothly, this thesis proposed some measures, such as new ideas propaganda, organization safeguard, systems control and so on.
