A Study On Related Issues Of Enterprise Groups Financial Management

To establish and develop enterprise groups is not only a strategic choice in the form of organization and management model under market economy condition,but also an important measure to develop and strengthen the state-owned economy.However,if we intend to make such a modern form of organization grow quickly and healthily,we must rely on achieving the effective exterior expansion through the capital market and also on the enhancement of the interior quality by bettering the interior finance management.Considering that,as PetroChina an example,the thesis probes into the interior financial management of enterprise groups.Firstly,based on motivation,concept,classification and basic characteristics of enterprise groups,it draws a conclusion that the enterprise group is a result of highly developed socialized mass producing and fierce market competition.In reality,according to industry characteristics,the enterprise group has three formations:horizontal group,vertical group and mixed group.The enterprise group has characteristics of multi-ownership,multi-level organization,multi-contact-channel,large scale,the combination of industry capital and financial capital,products diversity and overseas management.Then,on the basis of the study on objective,principles and environment of financial management,the thesis gives detail analysis and discussion on funding,investment,profit distribution,financial evaluation and financial supervision,as well as financial control patterns of centralization method,decentralization method and combination method.Finally,by comparative study and linking theory with practice,taking PetroChina financial management as a case,it gives in-depth and careful study on financial control structure of comprehensive budget management and three aspects centralization,these are capital,debt and accounting calculation.It also gives analysis of existing problems of PetroChina financial management as well as solutions.It gives suggestions for further study and development of financial management system to meet the needs of integrated international energy company.Through the study on financial management,the thesis is hoped to provide meaningful reference and guidance for the same industry and other industries enterprise groups.
