Research On The Local Capital Market's Construction In Xinjiang

In recent years, the macroscopic policy for developing local capital market and promoting to build the multiple capital system has been becoming clear and definite. In massive field and academic field, the claims for building local capital market become more and more strong, and researches about building local capital market in several places have gained breakthrough progress. For Xinjiang province, although the basis of capital market is rather weak, it is still necessary and possible to establish the local capital market. Based on theoretical analysis about establishing local capital market, by analyzing the necessity and feasibility about local capital market in Xinjiang, this article focuses on the thoughts of establishing local capital market in Xinjiang and proposes a series of suggestions to make sure it can run efficiently.This paper includes 4 parts mainly:The first part briefly shows the structural theory of enterprise financing and related theory about capital market, and then analyzes the correlation of enterprise's capital structure and capital market.The second part deeply analyzes the present situation about Xinjiang enterprises, then explain the necessity of building local capital market in Xinjiang. Then from three aspects to demonstrate the feasibility to build local capital market in Xinjiang.Based on the location of local capital market of Xinjiang, the third part puts out the design scheme of local capital market in Xinjiang, and then proposes four feasible ways of constructing local capital market in Xinjiang.The fourth part puts out that it is necessary to perfect local regulations and fundamental systems, raise mature main participations in market, perfect market supervising and defend-risk systems to make the local capital in Xinjiang market effective.
