Research On Enterprise Value Perspective Listing Airline's Capital Structure Analysis

The company's capital structure theory began in the 20th century-50 years, as new areas of economic theory in the capital structure, the use of circles has become a modern economy the focus of one of the issues of common concern. According to the modern capital structure theory, the choice of capital structure will affect the result of using venture capital and ultimately affect the value of company. In China, capital structure theory research is continuing with the deepening of SOE reform started. With the rapid development of China's securities market, on the one hand makes the capital structure of listed companies to become more urgent, on the other hand the capital structure provides the conditions for the study.As an important basis for the national economy, industry, the Government has been supportive of China's airline market, the joint reorganization from 2002, the airline increases its strength and become the mainstay of China's aviation industry. This paper analyzes the corporate value, capital structure, the relevant theory and relations between the two at the same time, select sample of eight companies listed on China Airlines analysis of the current status of the capital structure, on this basis, using regression analysis, research methods,combined with financial indicators and non-financial indicators, inspection and listed airline's capital structure and business relationship between the value and discuss its optimal capital structure, and on this based on the optimization of China's listed Airlines the capital structure strategies, aimed at improving the capital structure of China's aviation and the effectiveness of listed companies to promote rational and effective financing of airlines to raise the value of listed airlines.
