Since Microfinance was introduced to China as an"anti-poverty"financial tool, it was almost thirty years. In Chinese rural areas, especially in rural poor areas, microfinance play a very important role in Chinese areas, and Microfinance has got far development. With the rural financial reforming deeply, the diversification of rural financial constitutions are focused by more people.From an international point of view, the mode of operation of Microfinance and development path are different. This paper analyzes the present situation of poverty alleviation microfinance in Chinese rural areas. And study the successful experience of foreign Microfinance institution. There is new trend in international microfinance development, such as microfinance institution rating and transparent, etc.The regular commercial financial institutions, government agencies and non-government organizations are the three main types of rural areas Microfinance supply agencies. Based on theoretical assumption, this paper analyzes feasibility of these agencies, found that when the credit agencies can freely set the mortgage rates, non-governmental properties credit agency and commercial microfinance institutions can obtain continuous operation; and government property credit agencies cannot gain financial sustainability. This requires each credit agency clear their own orientation, and provide better service.Combination of the foregoing description,corresponding in article the Microfinance main game relationship analysis to put forward the following policy recommendations: Actively participate in microfinance rating, actively promote rural microfinance institution rating and improve the supporting strategy of rural financial market access mechanism.
