As a manager and operator of modern enterprises, whether an entrepreneur's personal competences are high or not, and whether his personality is integrate or not is closely related to the success or failure of the enterprise's development. So far, Chinese modern entrepreneurs'personalities have not yet been developed perfectly, much less to achieve the degree of maturity. Absence of entrepreneurs and imperfection of entrepreneurs'personalities is one of the fundamental restraint factors faced to further develop Chinese market economy. Confucian culture focuses on politics and moral principles, devoting to the self-realization of personalities, belittling material comforts, valuing justice and contempting utility, overcoming desires with principles, emphasizing that moral qualities are the nature of human being, upholding manners, happiness, humaneness and righteousness. Confucian thought considers a nobleman should possess the qualities and kindheartedness, loyalty, wisdom and braveness, good faith, emphasis on manners, modesty and reverence and so on. Confucius nobleman personality thought taking the guide function of nobleman's personality theory to cultivate and perfect the entrepreneurs'personalities, so that to perfect the morden enterprise system ,and to the enterprise's health,harmonize and sustainable development have important enlightenment significance.
