The transaction on the internet and the automatic negotiation is becoming more and more popular with the development of computer technology, the internet technology and the economic commerce, and as a new way of doing business, it is accepted by more and more people. The transaction and negotiation on the internet can save a lot of human resources, material resources and other importance resources than the traditional transaction and negotiation. The automatic negotiation on the internet, which does not need a fixed place with the others participators, can reduce a lot of side effect of the traditional transaction and negotiation and make it much easier to reach a deal.Very few automatic negotiations are designed with considering the effect of the changing market situation and the flexibility to relax their criteria to reach a consensus much more rapidly in the traditional ones, so that they reject the offers that is a little lower than a specified value very quickly, which decreases the rate of success and the average utility. Here with the changing market, a multi-lateral model based on market-driven negotiation is proposed, which can make different concession through considering factors such as time, competition and the distances from trading parties'proposals in the market, we design a Fuzzy controller system to get the entire value of the concession;The effect of the eagerness to reach a consensus of the buyers and sellers is also being considered, and then according to all the factors we propose a function of evolution. In order to simulate the model we propose a Relaxed-criteria negotiation protocol and arithmetic, including the evaluation of the offers, how to make concession and so on, and the model we designed reflect the dynamic and self-determination sufficiently.The negotiation model this paper proposed is more realistic than the traditional ones. This paper also makes a research on how to simulate the model on the computer. The time-based negotiation model and the fuzzy concession negotiation strategy based on market-driven model are evaluated in different situations. The results show that the methods this paper proposed is valid. |
