Research On The Comprehensive Budget Management In Shidaiyuanwang Company

Through preparating and executing the comprehensive budget management, Problems in business activities could be found and solved in time.Comprehensive budget could help companies improve enterprise management level ,enhance competitiveness, and realize the strategic goals.Under the requirement of operation and Aerospace science and technology corporation , Shidaiyuanwang Company implement comprehensive budget management which brought some advantages in some respects for the company.But in practice,there are some misunderstandings on the comprehensive budget management.We also need to improve the comprehensive budget management system. It has important significance in improving the management level of company and promoting the sustainable development of the company.This study on overall budget management of the ShiDaiYuanWang Company is based the theory of comprehensive budget management,with the specific situation of overall budget management system of ShiDaiYuanWang company.Firstly the paper introduces the theory about comprehensive budget management and applied research to evaluate and analysis;and then introduces the comprehensive budget management system for the following studies provide theoretical support and guidance, then, systematic analysis ShiDaiYuanWang's comprehensive budget management system and the status of implementation,summarizing the successful experience and pointing out and anaylsis the existing problems from the staff's understanding of the overall budget management, intersectoral collaboration,budgeting,full control over the budget implementation process in the appraisal system and Evaluation System. At last, this paper tries to make some suggests for the improvement of the overall budget management of ShiDaiYuanWang Company to strengthen management, improve economic efficiency and achieve corporate strategic objectives, in order to promote and protect ShiDaiYuanWang company rapid and healthy development.
