| In recent years,the cause of tax revenue of China develops fast along with economic fast development.Therefore, the extensive tax management has brought many problems at present, unable to meet the needs of the rapid growth of tax revenue.So precise management has become the main ways of China's tax revenue to reduce costs and improve efficiency of the collection.In this paper, connotation and the influencing factor that precise management of taxation has is introduced,and focuses on the current situation of tax precise management of Handan local Taxation Brueau,have the problem and concrete countermeasure suggestion into practice.Precise management must have a fine scientific,simple, practical and tax management system for internal security;the reengineering of the tax business process is necessary for precise management of taxation to improve management efficiency and reduce costs; to speed up the tax management information system,to strengthen the application of information and push forward information managing tax is the strong support of the implementation of precise management; the tax source management is the foundation and core of the tax management.Precise management of taxation depends on strengthening the management of tax sources. Need to grasp administration priority with a view of reality, implementation of the tax system administrator, development tax payment appraisal and deepen synthesis administering tax are important parts to strengthen the supervision and control of tax sources. At the same time, improving the quality of the staff and optimizing tax service can lower tax costs and improve efficiency and optimize taxpayer services.By the actual example of precise management of Handan local Taxation Brueau.The paper also demonstrates the specific tax measures of precise management and the effectiveness of precise management of taxation.In this paper, the conclusions of the study can provide some help and reference for the reform of tax management. |
