After-sales services are being paid more and more attention by enterprises and government. Enterprises build their competitive by after-sales service to increase customer satisfaction, get after-sales service profit and find new market opportunities, etc. Government protects consumer behavior and support enterprises to develop a reasonable income from after-sales services to safeguard the interests of consumers and businesses. After-sales service logistics network is the basic platform for enterprises to develop after-sales service. So it is necessary to build the logistics network of after-sales service. According to different kinds of products, the after-sales service logistics network can be divided into small high-value products after-sales service logistics network, small low-value products after-sales service logistics network, large high-value products after-sales service logistics network and large low-value products after-sales service logistics networks. These after-sales service network focus on different type of emphasis. So we should treat them differently when building the network. In this paper, we study the small high-value after-sales service logistics network and do the following work mainly:Firstly, we put forward the difference between small high-value after-sales service logistics network structure and other after-sales service network of the different types of cargo, as well as the difference and contact with reverse logistics network. Small high-value after-sales service logistics network focus on centralized logistics network, and in order to reduce the response time to customers, we build transit nodes to achieve an effective response to customer demand. Compared with the reverse logistics, the ownership of the goods throughout the logistics process has not changed in small high-value service logistics network and the purpose of building the service network is to build quick respond to customer needs.Secondly, for the real situation in after-sales service network, we propose two models: the collection point network model and point of sale network model.And we propose the programming model for each network mode. In the collection point network model, the collection point and processing center are not determined. And in the point of sale network model, we decide the capacity expansion of existing distribution center from several capacity-building programs.Thirdly, for this special network planning, we decompose the multi-objective programming problem into two solving stages. We put the results of the first phase as the data of second phase, and obtain the solution sets by enumeration method and select the optimum solution based on distance.Lastly, on the assumption that the after-sales service revenue comes from sales of new parts and the residual value of replaced parts, we compare the impact of profit margins and the replacement rates on the profits of service.
