Research On The Innovation Of Regional Governance Mode

Accelerate the development and opening up of Tianjin Binhai New Area is amajor policy and an important development strategy which made by the State Councilfrom the overall situation of China's economic and social development. Binhai NewArea is facing unprecedented development opportunities and severe challenges at thepresent stage. Therefore, promoting the innovation of governance of Binhai New Areaand speed up the reform of administrative system are of great practical significance.this paper made a deep study of governance innovation which used thestakeholder theory and combined with literature research method and empiricalresearch method.First,this paper outlined the research background and significance, analyse thecurrent situation of the regional governance both at home and abroad,and thenoutlined the theoretical foundation of regional governance and the stakeholders;Secondly, this paper made a SWOT analysis to Binhai New Area,and made a verticalcomparison and horizontal comparison of the mode of regional governance of BinhaiNew Area, and then pointed the lack of regional governance of Binhai New Area;then, Proposed the meaning of regional governance based on stakeholder creativelywhich through the research of stakeholders; and last, established the comprehensiveevaluation index system of regional governance tentatively.This paper absorbed a series of research papers about regional governance, urbangovernance, stakeholder theory and the Government's evaluation both at home andabroad, and on this basis, has some innovation.
