The Relationship Between Knowledge Management And Business Innovation Of Commercial Banks

With the advent of knowledge economy and increasingly fierce competition in the financial markets, innovation is increasingly becoming a topic of concern. In the development of China's economy and society, commercial bank which is the protagonist of China's financial industry is playing an important role. We study the management of Innovation, which is very important to us. So our commercial banks who should seize the opportunity of global economy picking up, financial innovation and financial markets in full open, and meet the challenges, contribute to the prosperity of the financial industry.In the first place, this thesis simply introduced the present situation of the innovation of commercial banks, pointed out that the management of innovation is the necessary choice of commercial banks. And then, in chapter 2, the paper detailed introduced the definition and content of "knowledge management","the innovation of commercial banks ", as well as the management methods of commercial banks. By understanding the related concepts, this thesis comprehensively analysed the current operating status of A bank, and put forward improvement suggestions based on accounting index.In the fourth chapter, from the biological point of view, this thesis analyzed the influence of knowledge management including the initial knowledge, catalytic mechanism and the synthesis of knowledge on business innovation of commercial banks. By correlation analysis and the line regression analysis, this thesis attempt to find out the quantitative relationship between knowledge management and business innovation.Based on the above analysis, this thesis proposed for commercial banking business of innovative some proposals from the perspective of knowledge management in the final chapter, which hoping that this study of A commercial bank can play a role in business innovation.
