The investment real estate through a case analysis of the classical theory of investment and that the real estate investment theory and method is still exist many problems, this paper adopts comparative research and empirical research on real estate investment theory and method of performance evaluation system, mainly as follows:Based on the common 6 measures for real estate investment evaluation system and a comprehensive, objective of comparative analysis.
