Research On Development Strategy Of CCGC

CCGC is a professional company engaged in city natural gas operation. It has 30 years franchise rights about natural gas project, and now, the company is in the earlier period development stage in Hebei province, Chengde city. Massive funds need to be invested in the pipe network system about natural gas in the stage, and the main source of natural gas will be finished 2 years later, so, the operation of CCGC has to dependence machinery compression (CNG) to run it. CCGC is facing with not only higher operation cost and difficulty management, but intense competition with other companies. Meanwhile, the pressure and challenge are so huge. Researching and formulation strategy in CCGC is selected the main topic in the paper. The paper is instructed by correlation theories as to enterprise strategy management, and found the opportunities and threatens after the analysis which is about supply and demand present situation and development tendency of natural gas in Chengde city by SWOT and five strength models. Therefore, we gave the economic analysis and risk guard research with the investment about the natural gas system in its process.The main conclusions are: 1,The main development direction of city gas in Chengde city is the natural gas. It will be a kind of new source instead of coke gas. 2,CCGC should to be confident to develop natural gas, and to strength itself and to fast the step about natural gas project through variation strategy and integrated strategy. 3,the project is to be feasible based on economic analysis, however, there will be so much indefinite risks in implementation process. CCGC should take measures to circumvent such risks effectively.
