Ethical leaders are honest and integrity, they care about subordinates and maintain ethical standards, and etichal leadership has a significant impact on subordinates. The studies about the impacts of ethical leadership on subordinates'attitudes are scarce, so this article will explore it and enrich the outcomes of ethical leadership.Based on the review of ethical leadership and organizational identification, this paper researches the effects of ethical leadership on subordinates'attitudes (organizational commitment, job satisfaction and turnover intention), and the mediating effect of organizational identification between ethical leadership and subordinates'attitudes.In this study the data is collected through questionnaire survey with scientific methods, and the sample contains two hundreds and twenty seven employees of fifteen different enterprises in Shenzhen. The software AMOS5.0 and SPSS 13.0 are used to do data analysis. Firstly, we evaluated the reliability of ethical leadership scale, organizational identification scale, organizational commitment scale, job satisfaction scale and turnover intention scale; secondly, we tested the degree of differentiation between five variables involved in this study; thirdly, we tested the correlation between all the variables with descriptive statistical analysis; finally, we contralled subordinates'age, gender, education, marrige and work time, then tested all the hypotheses in this study with regression analysis.This study finds that ethical leadership can enhance subordinates'organizational commitment and job satisfaction, and reduce subordinates'turnover intention; meanwhile, subordinates'organizational identification has a mediating effect between ethical leadership and subordinates'work attitudes. This study enrichs the outcomes of ethical leadership, and has referential value for the mediators between ethical leadership and its outcomes.
