Research Of Functional Advantage And Factors On Financing Lease In Enterprises

This thesis, on the basis of drawing domestic and foreign on financing lease research results from the lessee perspective, the functional advantages of the finance lease were analyzed at first, combined with the status and problems of using financing lease, assumed the financial and management factors of corporate finance leases which based on the international mainstream theoretical perspectives, supposing that corporate finance leases could be influenced by ability of repay debt, profitability, growth ability, tax, and enterprise management control.Through the analysis of Shanghai stock market from 2008 issuing A shares of listed company information which including manufacturing enterprises, information technology enterprises, electricity-gas-water production and supply enterprises, transportation and warehousing enterprises, I found that using financial lease's enterprises than no using ones are significance disadvantage on the aspect of liabilities structure, tax rate and enterprise management control. In addition, the study failed to find out that profitability, growth ability have a notable relationship with enterprise using financial lease. The empirical results show the slow development of domestic financing lease and gap between different industries. Finally, based on empirical results, give some suggestions to corporate using financing lease and relevant government agencies.
