Study On The Influence Relationship Of Technology Innovation Talents To Regional Core Competence

The competition talents, especially the technology innovation talents has become the focus of international competition, not only the developed countries but also developing countries, they consider the technology innovation talents are the strategic resource and the important ingredient of the area promotion.As the nucleus of manpower capital ,the technology innovation talents have great leading effectivities to the progress of the region economy society ,while a good regional core competence also has great effectivities to support, promote the evolvement of the technology innovation talents system as the exist and promote power of the talents.The paper explains the promotion effects to the regional core competence throngh knowledge overflow and technology transfer of the technology innovation talents by beginning the research from the status quo and inscapes of the regional core competence and the technology innovation talents progress in Jangsu province,constructs a dynamical evolution model of technology innovation talents and regional core competence system to take dynamic analysis of the technology innovation talents development ,get the equilibrium points and study the point stability problem to find stable point of the model which is the best situation of the technology innovation talents development and the regional core competence, then makes structural simulation of evolvement trend of the technology innovation talents development to study the intergrowth phenomenon of the interdependence and interaction.Then the paper uses SEM to confirm the positive infection from the progress of the technology innovation talents to the progress of the regional core competence on the basis of the investigate questionnaire design,the construction and AHP filter of the guide lines,gets the conclusion that an aero or a country should bring up and fetch in technology innovation talents who are adapt to the progress stratagem and the real situation of theirselves to keep and promote the advantage competition status all along.
