The " rural,agriculture,peasant " issue has been the focus of the Party, the Government and people. The most important production material to farmers-land has been the centre of our discussion for a long time. In nowadays development of the socialist market economy, how to integrate land resources into the socialist market economy, in order to improve the construction of a new socialist countryside has become a major research topic. Due to the conflict between China's large population and limited land resources, it is especially important to achieve the optimal allocation of land resources through the market mechanism. The rural land market mechanism optimization has become an urgent problem for the government to solve.Based on the land reform in China, rural land market has made certain progress; and the land reform in China has shown its new characteristics. They mainly reflect in the following areas:even though rural land market has been established, the market mechanism to play as a role of mediation is not significant. In addition, supply and demand mechanism is not balanced, the price mechanism disorders, and the competitive mechanism fails; the rural economy has further development, but rural land productivity is still relatively low compared to developed countries. This is the major factor that prevents the development of land transfer market; with the development of land transfer, the state from the political and legal dimensions of land further regulates the circulation of farmers and protect the vital interests of farmers; however there is still a big land expropriation system vulnerabilities in China's land property rights system; the country's education has improved continuously, but in rural areas, because of the erosion of the old thinking, the economic situation of farmers and other reasons, the educational level of farmers was significantly lower than urban levels. This is an internal factor that determines the development of circulation of the market mechanisms."Mechanism of Rural Land Market Study," is an in-depth discussion on China's land transfer market system based on economic, political, and cultural analysis of the different aspects of the market mechanism of land transfer issue. The first part is to use the basic principles of Marxism, together with Western economic analysis of the relevant knowledge to provide a strong theoretical base for the following parts of this paper. The second part is the analysis of the rural land development background of the market mechanism (in the main line of development systems), which leads to a sound market mechanism of Rural Land necessity of upholding and improving not only the inevitable requirement for China's land system, the objective requirements of the socialist market economy, but also the only way to urbanization. The third part is the analysis of the rural land market mechanisms and causes of problems. The fourth part provides solutions for these problems from the aspects of economic development, policies and systems improvement, and farmers'personal mentality.Rural land development of market mechanisms is an objective requirement for sustainable agricultural development. While land transfer adapts to the market, facing the occurrence of "non-crop trend to accelerate," "transfer forms are many and complex." and many other issues, land transfer and the optimal allocation of the market mechanism is particularly important. It is essential when building new socialist rural area. It is also the sustainable choice of scientific development of the socialist market economy.
