The Building Of Animation Talent Strategy In Shijiazhuang

Animation industry is a huge industry, China's animation industry started earlier, but the slow process of industrialization. In the new century, the state attaches great importance and policy support, China's animation industry has begun to accelerate. In recent years, Shijiazhuang City seizes the opportunity to support the development of animation industry, and strive to tap the cultural resources. It takes policy support, the park hatching, projects, and promote fair exchange, brand innovation and other effective measures, out of a local characteristics of the development. At present, how effective talent strategy to enhance the level of Shijiazhuang animation industry and how to create high ground of animation industry has become an important measure to develop the modern service industry and promote urban transformation.This article describes the animation industry and analyzing the structure of animation talent firstly and then described the problems of human resources and its causes of Shijiazhuang animation talent. Starting from creating the capital of animation and analyze the reality of animation talent on talent, this article use SWOT analysis environment for the development of human resources, a comprehensive analysis of proposed Shijiazhuang animation talent development strategy. Then use 2011-2015 total amount of animation talent of Shijiazhuang City to forecast by using the gray theory. This results provides a basis for policy formulation of animation talent in Shijiazhuang CityBased on these studies, the article also refers to personnel policies of other provinces of the animation.
