Study On The Function Adjustment Of Road Transport Administration Institution

Since the reform and opening, our country's road transport productivity has made a sustained and rapid development, transport market has grown continuously, supply capacity has been enhanced, service level has improved, which provide a strong support and guarantee to the economic and social development and people's safe and convenient travel. The status of road transport in comprehensive transport system and economic and social development becomes increasingly prominent.China is in the period of rapid development of socialism market economy, the road transport market is an important part of the overall market which takes an important role in the transportation market. In order to meet the needs of road transport market development, our country's road transport administrative function has changed a lot, and has also made some achievements in the reform. But we must realize that there are still many problems. Now the road transport industry of China has stepped into a new developing stage, and road transport management faces many new situations and problems, so the lagging road transport administration cannot adapt to the rapid development of road transport.In the new historical period, how to carry out the road transport administration is an important issue we face. This paper studies the function adjustment of road transport managing authorities under the guidance of administrative management theory and other related theories of road transport administration functions, analyzes the developing needs and trends of road transport market based on the current situation of administrative functions of road transport, and clears the main problems of road transport administrative function adjustment. Meanwhile, the paper proposes the overall idea of function adjustment of road transportation managing authorities according to the situation and requirements of function adjustment of road transport authorities in the new period and taking the experience of United States, Britain and other developed countries for reference. The study has a certain guiding and practical significance for standardizing China's road transport market and the road transport administrative behaviors.
