Analyzing On The Willingness Of Farmers In Conversion Of Cropland To Forest (Grassland)

AbstractAlong with the unceasing aggravation of biogeocoenosis, the persistent rapid growth of economy and the total yield balance of food, it was imminent need to put the conversation of cropland to forest(grassland) into practice on large-scale. Advocated the conversation of cropland to forest (grassland) in the Bortala Mongol Autonomous Prefecture(hereinafter bozhou) had great significance on improving the living environment,mitigating the natural disasters, increasing farmers' income and enlarging the employment rate.This thesis was divided into six chapters. The first chapter is an introduction of outlining the background, purpose, significance, content, research procedures, technical road, data sources and research methods of this study. The second chapter defined some correlated theoretical basis and concept of this study, and summarized the related research at home and abroad, and some basic assumptions of this study were further defined to establish the foundation for the research. The third chapter summarized the basic situation of the research area, such as the natural conditions, social and economic conditions, land utilization state, implementation status of conversation of cropland to forest(grassland). Through the overview we had a initial cognition on the current situation to conversation of cropland to forest(grassland) of the Bortala Mongol Autonomous Prefecture. which settled the basis for further research.The foundation.The final conclusions of this research as follow:First, the peasant household (grass) the prospective return affects the peasant household wish to a certain extent to Returning farmland to forest; Second, studies the region nature, the economic society and so on external factor to peasant household Returning farmland to forest (grass) the wish existence influence; Third, influence forestry and agricultural production policy factor, system factor, market factor and so on, also will participation to the peasant household takes back from agriculture the wish to have certain influence.Based on this study,combined with the biogeocoenosis conditions of Bortala Mongol Autonomous Prefecture, some policy recommendations were given as followed:First, the increase of converting cultivated cropland to forest(grassland) policy propaganda; Second, make a powerful measures increase farmers income; Third, the increase of facilities agriculture land guidance,development,utilization and management; Fourth, formulate supporting policies and regulations; Fifth,actively promote the implementation of water-saving irrigation,converting cultivated cropland to forest(grassland); Sixth, vigorously developing the environmental protection consciousness of publicity, enhance public participation.
