Income distribution problem has always been much concerned in economic circles, which is a core themes in country's economic and social development. Now, our country is going through a major economic transformation. In recent years, with the rapid economic growth., Contradictions are broken out concentrated in the problem of income distribution. To solve this problem is not only an important theoretical issue, but also Related to China's scientific and harmonious development. Of course, it is one of the focus of heated debate in economic circles.This paper's theme is to study the China's income gap, and analysis the statistics data By Principal Component Analysis. Through the panel data model to measure the factors'influence. Desired to propose appropriate policy space and improve the income distribution system in China.To further examine the distribution gap in our country, this paper is mainly about empirical research. To establish four-level research framework.the first study is about the influencing factors of the overall income distribution gap;the second study is about the influencing factors of China's urban-rural income gap; the third study is about the influencing factors of the eastern, central and western regions'income gap;the forth study is about the influencing factors of the internal of the eastern, central and western's income gap. And I want to point out how to Decrease the income gap.This paper has three innovations:Firstly, collected a lot of literature, though the analysis of the theory of income distribution to define and measure factors that affect the income gap.Secondly, many factors are affecting the distribution of income, and many of them are cross-factor information. So this paper are used principal component analysis to select main factors from the four factors for further empirical analysisThe last, through comparing the four-level research framework, get some important conclusions.
