Since the reform and opening up. China's foreign trade has developed rapidly, meanwhile, labor market also has earth-shaking changes. Caused by the trade in employment structure change and widening wage gap attracted more and more attention from the public.The paper focuses on the effect on the employment and salary, which is set by the methods of trade, industrial structure and regional gap. What is more, the paper analyzes the difference between employment structure and salary in details. And the paper makes empirical evidence and gives policy recommendations.First, according to the research of the past literature, the author believes that international trade and employment and wages are connected, and based on this, summarizes the direct influence path and indirect influence path of trade rolling in employment and wages, and made a basic structure and direction for next text.Secondly, this paper is divided into two parts to introduce the influence about trade rolling in employment and wage, and presented the changes of labor market caused by trade comprehensively and clearly. After the character elaborates this paper analyses the influence about trade rolling in employment and wages on China's eastern, central and western regions from the region angle by making panel model, using nearly 20 years'data of related provinces.Finally this paper obtained the corresponding conclusion and recommendations based on the empirical text, hoping this can has a certain significance to optimize our trade and employment structure and improve our overall wages.This paper argues that, trade and employment and wages is closely connected, the optimization of the industrial structure is good for optimization of employment structure. Trade has raised the salary gap between regions and FDI is the most significant factor. GDP growth has significant role in boosting growth of wages. So we should guide foreign investment transfer from eastern region to central and western regions, and constantly optimize the industrial structure and trade structure, in order to make our country foreign trade and labor market get double harvest in the changing international environment.
