Human capital is a great fortune for all enterprises, and a rich stock of human capital plays a key role in the survival and development of enterprises. The training for human resources can not only bring the employees'potentials into full play, but also improve their enthusiasm for work. Huaxing North Motor Trade Ltd. is the leading enterprise in the field of motor trade in Tianjin. Its large scale of operation and diversity of business is enough to represent the general situation of the whole motor trade industry. Taking the Huaxing North Motor Trade Ltd. as an example, this thesis mainly focuses on the training for human resources in motor trade industry, intending to propose an effective and scientific way of training human resources.Based on the analysis of researches in human resource training both at home and abroad, this thesis proposes some problems that should be improved in this field. Taking the relative theories in training management as the theoretical background, this thesis analyzes the training management in Huaxing North Motor Trade Ltd. from the following aspects. On the one hand, it makes a brief introduction to the current business situation and development of this enterprise. On the other hand, it analyzes the defects existed in the human capital training in this enterprise. Taking the characteristics of the motor trade industry into consideration, this thesis designs a scientific and effective system for human resources training, including the investigation for training requirement, the establishment of training plans, the organization and implementation of the training as well as the evaluation of the training.According to the features of motor trade industry, this thesis designs the system mentioned above step by step. For the training requirement, a three-dimensional model is needed. By investigating the training requirements of organization and business and collecting all the related information, an accurate requirement for training can be established. In the design of training contents, according to the specific features of motor trade industry, a type of training plans for sales people can be designed. In the aspect of evaluation, this thesis, getting rid of the traditional theoretical way of evaluation, pays attention to the experienced way of evaluation, intending to facilitate the communication, mutual understanding and application in the whole process. The whole system will take the experience shared and conveyed as the important evaluation factors, and record it into evaluation files. In addition, this thesis focuses on the establishment of data models of the characteristics of sales people. It counts and analyzes the compatible relation between the sales people with different characteristics and their abilities in finishing specific tasks, so as to facilitate the smooth development of human resources training works.
