Since the reform and opening up the economy of our country, it has got rapid development, meanwhile, China's small and medium-sized enterprise development momentum rapid, thus not only on the national economy's health, sustainable and stable development, also provides a push in creating jobs, technical innovation, speed up marketization process has played an important role. However, many domestic and foreign literatures about sme credit problems in the study of the theory of the issue, almost pace, and small and medium-sized enterprises generally think because capital is small, management is not standard, technical level caused its low credit level is low. In fact, in the credit guarantee company has insurance and the small and medium-sized enterprises in the default phenomenon seldom happen, this same people commonly held view is different. Because of the sme credit evaluation caused by improper, smes financing difficulties, seriously influenced the development of small and medium-sized enterprises. In examining our credit and credit evaluation based on the present research of small and medium-sized enterprises, this paper discussed credit evaluation with the following three levels spread out:Firstly,this paper analyzes the sme credit evaluation related theory.Secondly, it analyzes the affecting factors of small and middle-sized enterprises, based on current credit environment, from credit quality and credit ability to analyze, and selectes the relevant evaluation index.Finally, using SPSS statistical tools and the factor analysis to small and medium enterprises to carry out comprehensive score, draw the sme credit ranking;using the weighted average comprehensive points...
