Engineering Construction Standards Research Based On The Enterprise Level

Construction is an important pillar of national economic development, construction standards are important system and basis of economic development and project investment. Construction standards are closely linked with implementation of national development strategies and technical and economic policies; They are closely linked with quality and safety, standardizing the market order, and promoting technical progress; They are more closely connected with protecting the ecological environment, conserving energy and resources protecting people's lives and property safety and personal health.Business is the implementation of construction standards and a key factor which engineering construction standards produces a role. The most direct reaction which role based on enterprise-level construction standards is effective to regulate corporate behavior and ways of working, improve the economic efficiency of enterprises, enhance the competitiveness of enterprises when it assurance quality.This paper based on the studies status of standards and studies mechanism of construction standards and the impact on the business, make the comparing between home and abroad. It analysis the implementation of engineering construction standards and our country engineering construction standard differences with other countries, so it make people have a more clear understanding on construction standards.According to the survey and research, it analyze the meaning of construction standards, including the studies for features of the standard construction and mainly related to the standard of various stages (project approval stage, design stage, construction phase, operation and maintenance phase) of construction projects. It make a good base for better analysis of influence on enterprise made by construction standards. Through make comparing on applicability of 5 impact assessment, it found out appropriate impact assessment theory for this study.Through the theoretical research, we find out 6 main fundamental role of construction standards. Though those roles, it make construction standards highlights the importance for enterprises implementing standardized. It make construction business have further understanding of the meaning of standardization. It make lifecycle process of construction standards combine with enterprises. It analysis the role between enterprises and construction standards.It analysis impact of construction standards affecting on corporate behavior. Through analyzing business people, objective analysis of conditions and behavior, it find out 11 factors which construction standards affect corporate behavior. It combine those 11 factors with fuzzy comprehensive evaluation. It construct fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model. Through the analysis of weights and membership, it make behavior evaluation index which difficult to quantify into a matrix operation. It eventually get the influence of construction standards for corporate behavior and through the examples to explain influence of construction standards for enterprises behavior.It analysis the influence of construction standards for enterprises economic efficiency enterprises.
