The problem of insufficient demand has become increasingly serious in China, and it has become a bottleneck of further economic continuous, stable and healthy development.In four parts of the total demand in China, the investment demand and government purchases demand continues to rise in recent years, export demand has declined in 2008 after the global economic crisis, and consumer demand presents a trend of continuous decrease.
