Mobile Guardian, independently developed by A Nets Company, has been widely used in electricity, telecommunications, broadcasting, water power and other sectors of those unattended field in northwest, which has a broad application prospect. Shenzhen A Company need enter the Northwest market and occupy the Northwest Highlands. However, such problems as unfinished sales targets and unfair sales assessment have emerged, which has brought new challenges of sales management to the Northwest management and caused the original plan to be optimized.This paper uses the basic principles of modern sales management, with a monographic study on Shenzhen A Company salespersons'recruitment, selection, training, remuneration, motivation, daily behavior management and optimization of performance appraisal programs, and develops a specific plan for the implementation of this program.To solve those problems above, this paper, oriented in management, develops a set of sales programs in need of current sales management. It also comes to a deep research on the principles and methods of sales recruitment, the interview process, employee admission procedure, training, salary structure, daily management and performance appraisal.The research results strive for a clear guidance of Shenzhen A Company sales managers' work, and look forward to providing a useful reference and inspiration to those similar companies.
