The Application Of Anti-planning Methodology On The Non-Consturction Planning Of Jingshan Country

In recent years,the cities'scale unceasing expansion invaded a massive agriculture land and the ecology land which belongs to unused land along with the development of our country's reform and opening policy unceasingly going thorough as well as the accelerating of urbanization process,the demand of urban and countryside land use is increasing progressively year by year. Under the situation of our country's economy fast development,the urbanization advancement speed unceasingly increasing, how to protect the non-construction land appears especially importantly."The anti-plan" proposed by Professor Yu Kongjian,through analyzing landscape security pattern,builds a ecological infrustructure and establish a non-construction land use protection module for basic agricultual land and the humanity landscape and natural conservation area. It can achieve the dual goals of the economic development and the ecology protection,and it takes the Jingshan county Hubei province as the example for a proof.The thesis is divided into six parts.The first part introduces the background and the significance of this thesis,the goal and duty of this research,the theories progressing in both domestic and overseas for the non-construction land use,as well as the basic idea and method route of this research.The second part analyzes the related theories briefly,mostly about the theories and concept of non-construction land use protection,anti-plan theory and the main non-construction land use protection.The third part characteristic analyzes for samples.It analyzes the studied region mainly from the natural landscape characteristic,the biological landscape characteristic,the humanities landscape characteristic as well as the present land use situation characteristic.The fourth part is the concrete example research which starts from the landscape analysis to the landscape appraisal process,than to the landscape change process,finally establishes the region's El construction.The fifth part finally gives a reasonable value by putting in the El construction the number which is the amount combining the basic agriculture and the protected natural and cultural landscape in this area.The sixth part is the conclusion part,it summarizes the research content,and proposes the deficiency of this paper.
