Design And Implementation Of Data Disaster Recovery Program In Accounting Information Systems

With the popularization of computer and network in the information age, the government departments, enterprises and institutions rely on computer systems in daily operating and management. Once the computer system comes to catastrophic damage, it brings direct economic and reputation losses to organizations and immeasurable potential losses to enterprise management. The accounting information relates to the financial situation and management benefit evaluation of the enterprises and institutions. It influences national macro decision, the social management and the market supervision, it also plays important roles on maintaining the market economic order and the interests of the general public. Therefore, the problem of accounting information without security is also a problem about life and death for economic entity. Then, the paper suggests the disaster recovery choices and system structure of local data tolerant of disk RAID protection technology, snapshot data protection, tape or disk backups technical types, remote tape data tolerant of different ground tolerant and intelligent storage system basement, server volumes, file system, database etc, based on the analysis of different types and demands of data disaster recovery. By taking the accounting information system in university as an example and designing a hot standby data tolerant scheme, the paper offers management information tolerant system design ideas for Large enterprise groups. In order to put the accounting information system data tolerant scheme in to practice, the paper offers the specific connotations and steps for the scheme, based on characteristics of different development stages of accounting information system. Finally the paper suggests solutions for strengthening and maintaining the management of tolerant system management.
