The Design Of Distribution Channels Based On The Total Relationship Flow Management Theorems

The function of channel has been better understood, so people pay more and more attention on the channel design.But the traditional channel theories can not see the whole system, they can only see parts of them. Regarding the situation of the X Company and the environments, this paper introduces a new theory_ the total relationship flow management theorems. In order to design the distribution channel, this paper tries to design the people flow, the logistics flow, the information flow, the capital flow and the energy flow, and then optimized the relationship of these five flow.At the beginning, this paper analyzes the environment of the distribution channel system. Then find the basic level of each system and design the people flow, the logistics flow, the information flow, the capital flow and the energy flow one by one.After finishing the designing of channel structure, this paper introduces the system dynamics method, using the computer simulation technology to study each factor of distribution channels. Then we can change the factor to make a better structure and optimize the behavior of the distribution channel system.
