The Exchange Rate Monitoring Subsystem Of State Administration Of Foreign Exchange (SAFE)

Nowadays the IT application works play more and more important role in the modern government management. On the basis of information manage cost, this paper presents and designs the exchange rate monitoring subsystem of State administration of foreign exchange (SAFE). This system is included by the Chinese currency exchange rate monitoring system and carries out the design and logical relation of static pages. Through the implementation of electric monitoring, the subsystem greatly enhances the efficiency and accuracy of monitoring.The subsystem is the central part of Chinese currency exchange rate system. This paper mainly discusses the methods of design and implementation on subsystem such as the inquiring of spot exchange rate, spot exchange rate tendency analysis, volatility analysis, and the calculation of cross exchange rate and arbitrage space. Also, the difficulties, key technologies and solutions are expounded in the paper. Those contents mention the data transferring on foreground and background, the presentation of data and tables, the conduct of sequencing, the sophisticated verification of foreground logical relation, skills of page calculation modes and the design, and the conduct on systems'beauty and personalization.There six parts in the paper. The introduction describes the background and target of research. The part two mainly discuss the system design, involving the technologies used in systemic structure and implementation. Part three mentions the static prototype design and database table design. The implementation of system will be presented in part four and the part five mainly discussed the analysis of system functions such as the test of system. Finally, the last part makes conclusion, expresses thanks and prospects the further work and so on.
