Land market is the important component of markete eonomy system. The growth of urban land market has a big impact on many aspeets of economy and soeiety, such as resource alloeation, industry structure, and so on. Since the reform and open to the outside world, continuous progress of reform in China's ubran land use system, urban land market was fully developed. But, the reform of rural land use system is relatively backward, rural land has been stagnant for leather trading system. Effeetive operation of rural land market, is good for rural land assets elements can be effective alloeation and rational use through markrt mechnism. Also in favor of useless land can be digested and revitalize step by step, promoting great development of rural economy. At the same time, the found and develop of rural land market has direct influence with the development of countryside.
