Analysis On Industrial Structure And Efficieny Of Land Use In Economic Parks

With economic development in our country, economic parks have become the core force of economic construction and development. Lots of the time, the economic development of one economic park could stand for convergence of local economic performance. Then, liking a hundred flowers blossom, various economic parks appear and strive to develop local economy. However, nearly all the managers of economic parks lay stress on economic output which are at the cost of extensive develop land resources and environmental pollution. For a long time extensive development, the limit of land resources has become obvious gradually.Land resources are very important and precious for economic development, because of its non-created and non-renewable. Extensive development of land resources leads to unreasonable industrial structure, lacking relationship between each industrial, and waste of land resources, and so on.This paper studies related research and a practice module on the base of Banan Economic Park, and then, has a conclusion that is, what the main reason leading to unreasonable industrial structure is low efficiency of land use. Economic growth is the main target of economic park development, and the industrial structure which is the stress of economic growth, influence directly the economic output and the efficiency of land use. In order to end the waste of land resources and push the economic development, economic park should improve the industrial structure to fit the high speed economic development. Eco-Industrial Park is a new model and new developing trend of future economic park, which could realize reasonable industrial structure, high efficiency of land use, recycle economy and sustainable development.This paper can be divided into five parts:Part one is a general introduction about research background and basic thinking; Part two explains related theory, such as, industrial structure, land use, efficiency of land use; Part three analyzes the relationship between industrial structure and efficiency of land use; Part four illustrates the relationship by Banan Economic Park; Part five summarizes the whole text, and has a conclusion, that industrial structure determines the efficiency of land use.
