Energy-saving And Emission Reduction Mechanism For Port Of China And Measures Research

Energy-saving and emission reduction has become an important aspect of China's economic construction. Port development is in a dominant position in economic development. Port industry consumption reduction is the main force of the energy-saving and emission reduction in an all-round way. China's port energy-saving and emission reduction overall is still in the treatment of pollution levels which belong to the low-end. There are still many problems, such as lack of port energy-saving and emission reduction special law, evaluation system construction is not perfect, port development pattern options are not reasonable enough, etc. Therefore, China port energy-saving and emission reduction remains to be improved.This paper firstly discusses the theoretical basis of port's energy saving and emission reduction. Then discusses the significance to improve port energy-saving emission reduction. and how to further realize the necessity and urgency of energy saving and emission reduction.On this basis, analyze the port's energy consumption and environmental pollution. This paper summarizes the current situation of domestic and foreign ports'energy saving and emission reduction. Starting from structural energy-saving, etc, analyze the many factors of current effect on our country's ports'energy saving and emission reduction.Next, by summarizing and analyzing on the basis of the above, comprehensive use of analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy evaluation method, construct a set of evaluation index system of energy saving and emission reduction port, in order to achieve the effect of port energy-saving and emission reduction evaluation. Aimed at the existing defects and problems of port energy-saving and emission reduction, from the two sides of the port related administrative departments and the port enterprise, specific management methods and measures of countermeasures, to provide the reference suggestions for achieving all-round development of port energy-saving and emission reduction.
