Construction Process Study Of Energy Information Acquisition Systems For Power Supply Companies

The construction of energy information acquisition system for power supply enterprises is a complex systems engineering. It is a complex work with distinctive feature of electric power industry. There are little experience to learn from. To explore the construction method of energy information acquisition system, a pilot project was initiated. But the chaotic situation occurred, which resulted in destroyed power marketing management order. The fundamental reason for the chaos were the roughness of the overall planning and unsystematic construction process.In this thesis, using project management theory combined with basic knowledge of power marketing, systematic reseach and design were made on the whole construction process of the energy information acquisition system. In the design process the principle of integrating power marketing with engineering business is complied. After the analysis of failure pilot project using cause and effect diagram, the targeted research and process design were carried out. Using project management tools, such as WBS and PDM, the main construction processes were designed. The job responsibilities were determined using project responsibility matrix. The control strategies on risk, quality and progress were put forward using the basic theory of project management. Eventually, the whole workflow process for the energy information acquisition system construction was formed.With more and more energy information acquisition systems under construction, the results of this research will set a reference for all projects.
