With the continuous development of organizational management practices, the role of organizational culture is highly valued by more and more enterprises and theorists. In the 21st century, Chinese enterprises are facing a series of fierce competition, including the competition of product quality and performance, brand competition, price competition, strategic competition, as well as the competition of enterprise management philosophy and mode of operation, but all are based on organizations culture as the core of the competition in the final analysis. Therefore, the construction of organizational culture has become increasingly important organizational practice.This article is about the organizational culture in the context of growing concern. Shenzhen printing industry as one of the three printing base, is the most important center of high-quality printing, but creative talents, design professionals, marketing personnel, information management personnel are very lacking, and because the mainland quickly develop the printing industry in many places, resulting in the printing industry professionals back to the mainland. This situation will greatly restrict further development of the printing industry in Shenzhen and future restructuring and transformation. Therefore, how to enhance their attractiveness to employees, and enhance the cohesion of staff, retain and inspire talent better has become a topic of great concern a printing company. This article collected through the questionnaire survey of printing enterprises in Shenzhen City, the organization of cultural data, and through rigorous quantitative analysis, according to the competitive value structure to get the main characteristics of organizational culture and its characteristics of the desired future for the printing industry in Shenzhen City, compared the current situation and expectations of organizational culture, and accordingly made specific improvement recommendations about organizational culture for the printing enterprises in Shenzhen. This article is with strong guidance and operational, in order to achieve the target that through organizational culture to promote the business management, so that the printing company in Shenzhen to truly achieve the people-oriented enterprises, employees think companies as home, and work together to build a high performance, high development, new technology-based and high-quality company.
