Research On Digital Coal Field Management In The Power Plant Coal-burning

Electric power industry is one of the most essential industries to every nation, its smooth operation is central to social stability and the development of national economy. Stationary fuel supply and transportation is the premise of the smooth operation. And the type and quality of fuel should meet power technical requirement. Fuel management levels directly influence the safe operation of electric power system. Strengthening fuel management, raising the management level and improving management skills are effective measures of decreasing cost.The fuel accounts for a large portion of the power plant cost, which reaches about 80%. Therefore fuel management plays an important role in production and manufaction. On the basis of information management theory, This paper begins with analyzing and optimizing business process, and then put forward an instruction of fuel management information system for HBCC based on information management theory, at last choose SAP as software platform. In the sequence of theoretical study, current situation analysis, designing and applying, the paper optimizes the process of fuel management through utilizing the theory of MRP, ERP,BPR, and integrating qualitative and quantitative methods. It indicates fuel management system could increase the efficiency, decrease the cost, improve the management quality, as well as promote the enterprise's competitive advantage.
