Transmission And Distribution Enterprise Based On The Evaluation Of The Project Cost

With the rapid development of our economy and the ever-increasing demand for electricity, the number of projects launched by Transmission and Distribution enterprises has been increasing year after year at the same time. It has been an urgent problem for the enterprises to manage the cost of the projects efficiently and effectively to control the total cost. It is of great practical significance to study this which helps improve the investment system reform and strengthen the market competitiveness of the Transmission and Distribution enterprises. Thus, the study on this has been emphasized both in theory and in practice.In this paper, with the consideration of the studies both at home and broad on the project cost management and the basic concepts of project cost, and focusing on the cost of projects, the main problems in the evaluation of the cost of projects of the Transmission and Distribution enterprises is discussed, and according to a series of principles such as the law of Operations Cost, a set of project-based evaluation system for the cost of business operations is built to solve the problems. Considering the restrictions on the enterprise infrastructure, the evaluation system links the cost of projects with the business operations innovatively, and compared with the previous evaluation system, it also has the function of analyzing flexibly, conveying efficiently and balancing information and so on, making it possible to display the concepts of intense cost management and indexes management. Based on the evaluation system, this paper discusses the process of the practical operations in detail, including the search and pre-dealt scheme of data, the weight, the point of each index and management strategies. Actually, the evaluation system can help the Transmission and Distribution enterprises to link the cost with the business operations to analyze the indexes dynamically, thus strengthening the awareness of the project cost and achieving the aim of controlling the cost and strengthening the competitiveness.
