The Cost Management Research Of Thermal Power Organization Based On ERP System

Electricity is the lifeblood of our country's economic development. With the deepening of the electricity power system reformation and the forming of the market mechanism which is based on the principle of bidding and separation between the power plant and the grid, the thermal power plants face ever greater challenges. To survive, thermal power plant must abandon the practice of equalitarianism and resort to the management for profit.This paper analyzed the current situation of cost management of electrical enterprises and pointed that the causes of cost management defects of traditional thermal power plant are the incoherence and delaying of information transmission. And lacking of dynamic supervision and the natural disadvantages would lead to inapplicability of control approaches. Meanwhile, it presented that a way to reform the cost management of thermal power plant is accelerate the pace of info construction, and enhance the management level by introducing advanced management skills. The dissertation designed a dynamic cost management model based on ERP system and used comprehensive budget management to fulfill the dynamic cost management. Furthermore, after introducing the essential part of cost management of electrical enterprises----fuel management system and repair expense system, it illustrated the cost management of fuel and repair expense have been enhanced under the implement of ERP system and the organization would achieve the economic benefits.In the context of information modernization, if the enterprise intends to achieve the strategic advantage, advanced management thoughts should be introduced into the organizational management, and ERP is beneficial management equipment. Thermal power enterprises should fully utilize the advanced cost management philosophy of ERP system in order to raise the level of cost management.
