The Study Of Virtual Economy Of Rural Area In Chongqing: Current Situation, Problems, And Solutions

Virtual Economy, an advanced topic in Modern Economics, is the production of the development of Market Economy, science and technology. Its evolution has brought great challenges to traditional economy, whose core is Real Economy.The results of researches on Virtual Economy are less fruitful compared to the ones of pracrical study. The most dominant problems are that there lack unified conclusions of certain issues in Virtual Economy,and that the defects and deficiencies are exposed when the relevant theories of Western Economics are applied in the discussions,and that the discussions fail to probe into the core issues. Therefore,with the help of the previous studies,the guidance of Marxist Economics'Credit Theory, Virtual Capital Theory, and relevant theories in Finance, an investigation into the current situation of Virtual Economy of rural areas in Chongqing is conducted. The investigation bring a series of problems in light, and several solutions are brought up. It is of vital significance that the investigation contributes to the Virtual Economy development of Chongqing rural areas, and to the overall development of Chongqing Rural Economy, and furthermore, to the Chongqing Urban and Rural Comprehensive Reform Experiment.The first part is the introduction, which explains the background and the significance of the thesis. Literature review on the previous relevant researches, both from home and abroad, research method, and the innovation of the thesis is also included.Part two elaborates the concepts of Virtual Capital and Virtual Economy. Firstly, from the Marxist Virtual Capital Theory and Credit Theory, together with relevant theories in Western Finance, the Virtual Capital's connotations,origin,and the influence which it exerts on economy are revealed. Furthermore,the implications and functions of Virtual Economy are discussed. These are the theoretical basis.The third part involves practice analysis. The current situation of Chongqing rurual areas'Virtual Economy is analyzed based on the collected data from surveys and investigations in Hechuan,Dianjiang,Liangping,and Qijiang.The fourth part analyzes the problems. Based on the discussion in the previous part, current problems of Virtual Economy of rurual areas in Chongqing are conluded. These problems cover the following perspectives: rurual financial institution,competition mechanism,rurual financial innovation, and government policy.The last part proposes solutions. According to Marxist Economy theories and relevant theories in Finance,based on the current problems,the internal causes are analyzed,and thus several solutions and suggestions are raised.
