A General Study On The Building Patterns Of Urban Wetland Park

As one of the Nature's treasures of human existence and development, wetland not only provides living environment and food sources such as abundant Aquatic Products, various products like industrial materials, medicinal materials and fules, but also has ecological effects on climate regulation, storage of floodwater for use against a drought, unrderground water recharge, environment cleaning, sewage treatment, and the absorption and degradation of toxic substances. Therefore, it is known as "kidney of the Earth". However, the area of wetland and water resource are decreasing, its function and benefits dropping remarkably and its biodiversity disappearing due to the following factors:the economic development and rapid urbanization, population explosion, ineffective protection, predatory exploitation and irrational use. The ecological restoration and transfromation of the original wetland into a wetland park through careful design is an ideal mode in terms of protection and use. The complexity and diversity of wetland determines the complicacy in planning and design of urban wetland park. To protect the wetland, it is significant to choose a building pattern suitable for the wetland park. Taking this as a starting point, it discusses one of the building patterns of urban wetland park, namely leisure park mode. This dissertation are divided into five parts.The first is the introductive part. In this section, the research background, concepts definitions, overview of related theories, research purpose and significance are introduced. The definitions of related concepts concerning urban wetland park provide theorectical backup for the classification of terminologies in this paper. Besides, it explains the content, framewok and methodologies etc. of the research in this part as well. The introduction of building patterns of urban wetland park, ecology conservation, maintenance of water body and leisure park mode provide a theoratical basis for following empirical analysis.The second part discusses one of the patterns, that is, the leisure park, paying special attention to its meaning, elements, function Positioning and requirements with analysis of the roles of leisure in men's life as a basis.The third part makes a study of method adopting to develop leisure park. It espounds business concepts, marketing strategies, tourism product development, products and image promotion concerning leisure park. Among which, marketing strategies include strategies of distinguishing features of wetland, cultural brand and personal experience.The fourth part deals with the Nanhu Leisure Park in Tangshan. The proposal of Nanhu leisure prak pattern is based on the analysis of Nanhu's location, geological features, climate and hydrology, animal and plant resources, social economy Marketing, products and image promotion, tourism product development and guarantee for successful development, etc.. It expounds and proves that leisure park pattern is suitable for Nanhu building mode after making an anaylsis of function positioning, partition, leisure tourism zone planning and tourism programs setup etc. Finally, the dissertation ends with a conclusion and further research prospects.The fifth part conclusion.Tangshan south lake city wetland park best operation mode for leisure park pattern.
