With the development and popularization of information technology, information software products have become enterprises choose. For the companies which serve professional services in software development and information technology, this is a good opportunity. How to give the accurate and timely price beyond the number of different of complex demand companies, is not only the first step of good sales and marketing for information technology enterprises, but also stand a highly competitive place in the software services industry, while improving corporate image.Different industries and different nature of the enterprise, some software products are relatively universal, they can be based on the prototype secondary development. However, some software product needs from scratch to collect demands until the latter part of the system implementation and maintenance. Usually, enterprises who are in the selection of software products in the same company will also buy the right electronic products such as switches, reader, electronic billboards and electronic labels. So the pricing of information technology products has high requirements in terms of quotations, that the need should timely feedback different kinds of products, and the pricing of product mix, reduce the management process and sign the contract as quickly as possible.This paper first analyzes the inside and outside product market management situation of information technology corporations, then gives its electronics a clear definition of domestic and international market research software products pricing schemes. Second it gives an extract valuable learn from and a profound analysis of software products factors and indicators, figures out how to improve the software pricing structure. The next step is to construct loan to complete the appropriate pricing model system, and finally comes out implementation of systems development to achieve the information technology of pricing function. This paper makes technology economics, systems theory and other theoretical guidance together to expect the optimization of information through the API product pricing model, and based on actual business data to its portfolio of products and pricing, put the theoretical model of product pricing management system into practice to achieve more good application purposes.Through the study of information technology business-related products pricing model and applied to the system, and last completing the offer pricing of enterprise product information, this can strive to provide a reference and popularization for the information technology industry.
